About Natalie

Aloha and welcome to my Community Changing Campaign (CCC) for Honolulu City Council District 4. My campaign will be built around community service and collaboration, because I believe that is an essential, and often overlooked, part of the oath one takes when running for public office.  I’m not waiting until January 1, 2019, to begin my community service either.  I’m starting today, and I invite you to join me in this effort.

Our CCC strategy is as unique as it is simple:  Ask the community what kind of positive change they would like to see in their neighborhood -- support, organize, and coordinate the effort . . . and then get it done!  The result will be the same positive footprint in our Oahu communities that I will initiate on the City Council on district-wide issues.  Most importantly, I hope to get to know you while we do clean-up events in your neighborhood park, pull weeds for a Kupuna on your street, or paint over graffiti.

There’s one thing you will notice right away about my background, I’m not a career politician.  I’m a CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner.  My leadership experience comes from serving on government commissions and boards along with thousands of hours of volunteer testimony in front of our Honolulu City Council, HART and other government agencies.  On this website you’ll find my position on various issues as well as the tools to participate in my Community Changing Campaign.  My husband and I have lived in Hawaii Kai for 30 years, and we have two sons.  If you have questions for me, please contact me.
